কাস্টম অর্ডার ফর্ম পূরণ করার পর কি হবে?

আপনি যদি আপনার পছন্দের আতরের নাম উল্লেখ করে কাস্টম অর্ডারটি সাবমিট করে থাকেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে প্রথমত: আমাদের রিপ্রেজেন্টেটিভ আপনার দেয়া ফোন নাম্বারে যোগাযোগ করে আপনার কাস্টম অর্ডারটি গৃহীত (রিসিভড) হয়েছে বলে নিশ্চিত করবেন এবং অর্ডারটি চূড়ান্ত করার জন্য যে বিষয়গুলো জানা দরকার সেগুলো আলোচনার জন্য আপনার ফ্রি টাইম জানতে চাইবেন। পরবর্তীতে আপনার নির্ধারিত সময়ে যোগাযোগ করে প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়গুলো জেনে আপনার অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম করা হবে।

আর যদি আপনার আতরের নাম জানা না থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে পূর্বে উল্লেখিত পদ্ধতিতে আলোচনার সময় নির্ধারণ করা হবে। প্রথমত: আমরা আপনার পছন্দের ধরন সম্বন্ধে আরো বিস্তারিত জানবো যেন আমাদের প্রস্তাবিত আতরটি আপনার পছন্দের মানদন্ডে শতভাগ উত্তীর্ণ হতে পারে। তারপর পূর্বের ন্যায় প্রাসঙ্গিক-প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়গুলো জেনে আপনার অর্ডারটি কনফার্ম করা হবে।

What Next To Your Custom Order?

If you have submitted a custom order by mentioning the name of your preferred perfume (attar), first, our representative will contact you at the phone number you provided to confirm that your custom order has been received. They will then ask for your free time to discuss the details necessary to finalize the order. Later, they will contact you at your specified time, gather the required details, and confirm your order.

If you do not know the name of the attar you want, in that case, a discussion time will be arranged as per the previously mentioned process. Initially, we will learn more about your preferences in detail to ensure that our proposed attar meets your expectations perfectly. Then, as before, the relevant and necessary details will be gathered, and your order will be confirmed.

If you feel comfortable using a specific type of Attar, you can simply inform us the name of your preferred Attar, and we’ll deliver it to you. There’s no need to waste time browsing the internet. Additionally, our representative will discuss with you and gather other essential details, such as the brand, longevity, etc., and finalize the order accordingly.

If you don’t know the name, our representative will have a detailed conversation with you. Based on your preferences and answers to a few questions, we will try to find the Attar that matches your desired type. This is one of the special benefits of our custom order option.

Many people are interested in using attars but don’t do so because they can’t find one that suits their taste. The custom order option helps you discover and use the Attar you like, even if you don’t know its name.

বর্তমানে আমাদের ইনস্টোর কালেকশনে ৩০০+ আতর আছে। যেগুলোর মধ্যে দামি ও অভিজাত ন্যাচারাল এবং লাক্সারি আতরের সঙ্গে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণ প্রিমিয়াম কোয়ালিটির আতরও রয়েছে। আমাদের স্ট্যান্ডার্ড এবং প্রিমিয়াম আতরগুলো বহুল প্রচলিত এবং ব্যাপকভাবে সমাদৃত, আর এগুলোর দামও সাধারণ ক্রেতাদের নাগালের মধ্যে রয়েছে।

Currently, our in-store collection features over 300 attars, including high-end and luxurious natural and premium-quality attars. Our standard and premium attars are widely popular and highly appreciated, with prices that are affordable for regular customers.

Although we have just started working on our website (which is why our products are not yet available online), we have already begun accepting custom orders online and successfully delivering attars to our customers.

One of the significant advantages for our customers is our extensive sourcing capacity for attars. Due to our strong relationships with top-tier domestic and international attar producers and suppliers, we can easily procure your desired attar from reliable sources even if it is not available in our current collection. We also source attars from abroad based on customer demand.
